My own fleshy sensibilities tell me that praying over the code I write is a little “hyper religious.” However, when I apply reason to the teachings of the Bible. I see that God knows everything and cares for me. So if he knows everything then he probably knows which line the $%@#$ missing semicolon is and he cares enough to show me where it is.
